Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@saintsborne.com within the 14-day period. Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return. After notifying us, you must send the items back within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused and with all original tags and packaging. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical store. We may reduce the refund if an item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery charges for express or upgraded shipping are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, although we may withhold it until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof that they were sent.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping costs relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be covered by us.

Size Exchanges

If you would like a different size, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may return the item for a refund in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. Any applicable exchange shipping charge will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.

Items sent back without contacting us first may take longer to process. When requesting a return or exchange, please include your order number, the item and size received and, for an exchange, the new size requested.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this policy.

Certain products, including clearly personalised or made-to-order items, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
